Maggi being the favorite among children it’s a most welcomed snack, and we are always are looking for different way to cook it. So here i bring you a mouth watering snack – Maggi pakora – made out of our fav noodles with lots of vegetables to make it healthy and it’s a perfect snack to munch on during the monsoon season. You can also serve it as and party snack/ appetizer/ starter, it also tastes really good with evening tea.
Ingredients:
Water – 3 cups
Maggi – 1 Pack
Cabbage – 3 tbsp (grated)
Onion – 1 (grated)
Carrot – 3-4 tbsp (grated)
Tomato – 1 small (grated)
Maggi Tastemaker – 2
Salt – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Maggi Masala-e-magic – 1 Sachet (optional)
Besan / Gram Flour – 4 tbsp
Chawal ka Atta / Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
Oil – to deep fry
